  Obviously S-CARS.ORG is based in North America... in the midwest United States to be more exact. This however does not mean that Americans are the only die hard S-Car enthusiasts... far from it in fact! For years we've been playing catch-up in terms of modifications and other Euro car gadgetry from Europe. Therefore it should come as no surprise that there are a large number of Scandinavian enthusiasts that share an interest in these cars as well. on that note, let me introduce you to Christian from Norway and his beautiful 1994 Audi S4 Avant. Read on for Christian's story...
 Christian writes, "There are a lot of fanatics in Norway (including me) and as you probably know, the VW-Audi club in Norway is the biggest car club in Scandinavia, probably reaching 4000 paying members this year. Many members have acquired rare Audis like the original C4 "RS6" from MTM, Sport Quattro in fantastic shape, Audi S1, several numbered S4 SMS Revo and more.
I joined the club when i got my first car on my 18th birthday in 1997. Many people have different relationships with their cars, some buy and sell constantly, and some keep their cars for many years, modifying them, get to know their history, fixing every problem, and eventually get to know their cars inside-out. I am one of the last category, a true enthusiast who doesn`t become mad if a part gets broken, just glad to replace it, so it can last for many years.
 My first car was a VW Jetta 2 87-model, I remember how I loved it, and constantly held it in top shape, but it met its limitations in engine and other things so after five years i replaced it with the Audi S4 that i have now, a long dream was fulfilled, and after 6 months of searching for one in top shape, it finally stood on the parking lot.
I can't imagine myself ever selling this one, even after three years it still feels like I've just bought the the car when im cruising down the road. If I want an upgrade I will probably buy a new Audi as a car number two, because all the people I have heard that have sold their S-cars regret it.
I wont find a newer Audi with an engine as cool as the 20V 5 cylinder.

I fell in love the first time i saw/heard the urquattro as a little boy.
What sort of modifications have been performed on your car?
Not much... yet. Hohenester chip, 3" exhaust from turbo, upgraded brakes (not ufo`s , original), some silicon hoses and open filter.
How has the car been in terms of servicing and reliability?
Very good, taking in calculation that there is an high yearly budget in owning an s-car.
